Is there a guide or document to give to application owners that suggests before an application gets deployed in an environment, the antivirus program needs to check whether it doesnt get blocked or not? What would be the requisites or requirements for signoffs?

I dunno but....
I wish symantic would stop saying my click once program was a virus. Even stranger is it is only doing it for some users, not others.
