Can i migrate Exchange emails into Windows live mail

To forward the mails tot he Live Mail Service which is located on the Microsoft Servers not on a Local Machine.

Live Mail is like Yahoo Mail or Hot Mail it's a Cloud Mail Service and not hosted on any machine locally.
