How can Mac users access an MS Access database?

I have built a database using MS Access 2010 that I'm now being asked to share with others. I've split it to run the back end from a server, but there are two users that are on Macintoshes - is there something I can use to convert the front end to allow access to Mac users?

Parallel?
Maybe run Parallels on the Mac? Or perhaps build a web front end?

Unfortunately, I'm told that our IT dept won't buy Parallels for the Mac users (too expensive for the government right now, I guess!). I've never built a web front end - do you know where I could get a tutorial?
