Invalid access to memory location

I have a 2003 SBS server that I sundenly started to get invalid access to memory location when I try and execute anything from the command prompt. For example taskkill, also when I go to look at depend dependencies of a service I will get the same error. I thought it might be a problem with WMI so I ran a WMIDIAG tool from Microsoft on it and I see a lot of invalid access to memory errors in the log for it (see below). Any one have a idea of what might be wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help
