2 Routers Setup

My home network was working flawlessly. Last week my Internet Service Provider, changed the platform, and instead of the old modem, they installed a new Amper EG663 Router. The problem is that I have 4 security cameras, and now I cannot see them outside my network. I had to change the IP of my old WRT600N, to a different one, since the new Amper was using 192.168.1.1. I tried to use any 192.168.1.xx on the WRT600N, but it does not connect to the internet. So I am using on the WRT600N 192.168.10.1, and I think that this is the problem. Can anyone help me? What should be the configurations on the WRT600N. I really thank you all in advance.

One step forward
I went one step further: now I changed my WRT600N to 192.168.1.5, disabled NAT and DHCP, and connected the cable to a LAN port, so the Amper is doing all the work. I dont like it very much, but I thought that would be a more natural way to connect. I can see my cameras from my internal network (e.g. 192.168.1.150:6000 being 6000 the port that camera is using), but I cannot access it from outside (e.g. 188.67.219.96:6000). I open the ports (e.g. 6000), in both routers, but still no success. Is there another suggestion? Again, thank you all very much.
