Opting for Intermediate courses

llMy friend, OScar who is in Change Management and has done the ITIL Foundation is going for an assignment in the US. He wants to do ITIL Intermediate Service Transition so that he will become an Expert. But I want to know which are the other Intermediate courses he should take which will help him?
