Network Card adapter isn't showing up in device manager

I've a Dell Inspiron N5110 Laptop with windows 7 Professional.
The network adapter card isn't showing up at all in the device manager and in the network connections, before it was fine, but now it's missing.

Any help please.

Nothing changed.
The user usually uses the WiFi but before two days he needed to use the Wired connection, and we discovered that no Network adapter detected, I've checked enable feature in BIOS, it's OK.
