BIOS Update
Ive encountered "Unknown flash type" in bios and cant load the hard disk or cd-rom because it detect it as weird names and cant be accessed (using setup to see this). how do they update BIOS and even if ive download the BIOS Update, how can i update it cause the discs cannot be accessed even cd-rom!!

You need working BIOS to update BIOS
If it won't pass POST, even if you clear/reset CMOS back to factory defaults, then to borrow a phrase from Star Trek, 'he's dead Jim'.
