BIOS Setup

I have a ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 Motherboard that is detecting USB overpower. I move the jumper and remove the battery to clear the (RTC) RAM but still can not enter BIOS setup. Any suggestion on what else to try.

Test with a Known Good Power Supply
And unplug any USB Devices that are attached.
