Publishing percentage of passrate in ATO websites

There are very few ATO's which publish their pass percentage regarding ITIL. My questions is, do they have to get permission from APMG in order to do so? Can we trust the ATO's which have pass percentage in their websites?

Pass rate inquiry
Varun, you are absolutely right.

ATO's can only publish their pass percentage on their website after the same has been approved by APMG.

There are some providers who mention their pass rates on their website...
You can easily google and check. I personally have found Apollo Consulting Group and ITILstudy mention pass rates on their websites.
Kindly check by yourself. I am sure you will find other providers as well.
