File Security
Sorry, if the person or company you received the file from will not provide the key or give you an unlocked version of the file, we will not help you.
You are basically asking us to help you hack a secure file so that you can use it for other purposes.
At a minimum, this violates the individuals or companies copyright and intellectual property.
At worst, we would be providing tools to unknown persons to breach copyright and security protocols.

PDF Restrictions
Restrictions like aborting a user to copy, edit or print a pdf document are imposed to make the document safe from unauthorized access. To remove such restrictions there are some good tools available like Kernel for PDF Restriction Removal which i am using from quiet a long time with 100 % success.
