Repair corrupt EDB and convert to PST

Hi,

I am new to this website and my question is that I am having Exchange 2003 having Outlook 2003 and Windows Server 2000 (64-bit) and my Exchange database is corrupt. My company wants to repair this EDB and also wants that these EDB should be moved to PST. So I want a manual method or a tool through which we could perform both these activities.

Thanks

Re: Exchange database repair and export mailbox to PST
For Exchange 2003 server, there is exmerge.exe, an inbuilt tool to export mailbox to PST file. But this tool is unable to repair the corrupt database items and in case of corruption, it does not export items in PST file. Another major limitation of this inbuilt utility is PST file size. It can export only 2 gb data into PST file. So, in such case, it is good to use a third party Exchange server recovery tool like this: http://www.recover-computerdata.com/exchange-server-recovery.html

This software repairs corrupt exchange databases and convert EDB to PST file with full accuracy as well as securely. A free trial version is also available !

Hello, if edb file is not working or get corrupted, go with these steps:

firstly run eseutil /p command which will repair edb file file and back it into normal stage.
