Exchange Server 2003-

Dear All,
I need to write rule in exchange 2003,
All gmail,hotmail,yahoomails need to divert for one particular email account, where if its genuine mails internal IT- Team will forward that mails to concern users.
In exchange 2007 ( Under transport Rules, Divert mail from Public domains to our internal particular email account) we are using same method which is working fine. so please help me how to setup in exchange 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2
