Motherboard updated and now one of my drives is RAW. Help!

The issue I have is that the motherboard updated its software and now it has removed the RAID 1 mirrored drive and I have another hard drive installed which was working fine but now is displayed as 'Online' but a RAW file system instead of NTFS and asks me to reformat but I don't want to loose the data.

I think when the bios updated it removed the RAID 1 drive and now displays as separate and accessible and windows assigned the same drive letter as another hard drive and as such the other drive is now RAW and online but cannot be accessed and asks for a re-format.

I've tried changing the drive letter but that does not help.

Can you help???
