multiple traffic webcam monitor application

hi
is there any Free/shareware application to view multiple traffic webcams (there are actually stills refreshed every 5 mins). I have a nearby highway/motorway with acces to 3 junctions. Would like to view up to 6 traffic cams before setting off for work. Professional aps are too involved with camera control and image detection of which I don't need. Thanks in advance... Pete
