Office 2010 OCT issue

I am in the process of setting up a unattended upgrade from Office 2007 to 2010. I have used the OCT tool to make the modifications that i would like including remove old versions of office. I run "setup /adminfile Updates/MyFile.MSP /config ProPlus.WW/config.xml" and then i am asked if i would like to upgrade or customize. Is there a setting in the OCT or any XML file that i am missing
