Needing Career Advices,getting foot in the i.t door

Hello,i got my associate in a tech school which is not accredited in network engineering..
i hold my a+ i was halfway in my ccna but found it time consuming
im thinking of getting my net+ to try to get my foot in the i.t world
i have no real life expirience i live in miami..
i love it,just really dont like that you have to be updated all the time
im thinking of doing accounting since i love numbers etc...
i only have computer repair expirience and small network expirience
need advice how to get things settled
advices from wise will be appreciated i

If you really don't like having to update
all the time and think it's too time consuming to get the CCNA I'd suggest the accounting option rather than IT. If you really really want to work in IT then your best option is to start getting some experience, see what aspects of the business you like doing and won't mind studying for the next few decades because that's pretty much what it takes to make a living in IT. Given you have repair experience and small networks I'd suggest starting the same way many of us did and trying to find a job with a helpdesk.

^^^ Agree. If you don't like studying or keeping current, don't pursue IT. It changes constantly which is why the certificate vendors make sure you recertify every 2-3 years. If you still think you want to give it a go, you should be able to get a tech support or helpdesk job with the A+. The first job is always the hardest to land. Good luck.
