Add a list of times on Excel

I'd like to add a list starting at 5:48 PM and going down, every minute, to 11:19 PM - without having to type in each time value. Is there an easy way to do this?

copy and paste

Got it. Just copy the formula "=cell+time(0,1,0)" and paste into a range of highlighted cells below it!
