Try pressing the "Windows" key
This should popup the start menu,taskbar, from there right click on taskbar
and choose properties. If this doesn't work, you may have accidentally resized
your taskbar too small...have to very carefully hover cursor over taskbar area
until the 4-way directional area pops up, then press up arrow. Or, hover over
where the taskbar top should be, right click mouse...may have to do this a few
times til the taskbar properties dialog pops up, otherwise the graphics properties
pops up.
