From 2009 to till now I am working in a telecom company as Executive-Program Management handing QA testing of telecom equipments, Material management, Inventory Management, having a team of 5.

PMP or MBA
You don't need Cisco certification as it's clear you have those skills.

What do you want to do when you grow up? happy

If you want to be a super-consultant and get knee deep in technology and/or security, then you need more letters after your name to sell your skills in that area. (e.g. technical certs)

IF you want to be an IT director or a high-level IT Program or Project manager, then getting PMP and/or executive MBA will be what would best prep you for that.....
