Problem in accessing network computers through Workgroup

We have a total of 6 pcs connected to a workgroup network. Out of which, one pc can be pinged and accessed by all other pcs in network whereas the particular pc has no outgoing network access. To be elaborate, the printer cannot access other pcs in the network and also the network printer but internet access is working fine. Can anyone pls help me rectify this problem?
