Case Study
I am working in Release and Deployment Management in an MNC. I want to know that if my friends do the ITIL foundation certification, in the class, will we be provided a case study on how to implement ITIL concepts in our respective organizations?

ITIL Training and ITIL Consulting
Some ITIL training courses provide a case study as a learning tool, but it's probably no realistic to expect to learn how to implement ITIL at the ITIL Foundations training level. ITIL Foundations training is really about gaining a foundational understanding of ITIL - ITIL terms, core ITIL concepts, and ITIL process models.
That said, when you choose your ITIL training provider, look for a firm that actually implements ITIL on a daily basis. If you work with a company that also does a significant amount of ITIL consulting, you'll be more likely to get actual implementation tips as part of your course.
