        <description><![CDATA[you should probably restart in safe mode and run a scan with your antivirus scanner, then follow that with a scan using MalwareBytes Antimalware scanner.  Let them clean any malware/trojans/virus that is detected, then restart your computer.  You may have to use System Restore to return to a last known good configuration, if it was saved.]]></description>

But I continue to receive the error. The only way to close down IE is to reboot.]]></description>
