Cannot connect via VPN

Hi
I am trying to connect a remote user via vpn to the company network, but its not working. From the same computer I am able to make the vpn connection with my login to the same network. I was thinking the problem will be the user login profile so have deleted login profile and recreated I get this same problem. It does not give any error when I type the password in vpn login window it just goes blank the password filed after 4 attempts it give 433 error connection terminated by peer( Reason Not specify by peer). I use windows XP.

Thanks

VPN Issues
I would have his log-in password reset, or have him or her change her password; then reboot and try again.

User issue
So it's definitely a user issue. Does the user have permission to VPN in? As above, have you reset the password and tried typing the username and password in yourself?

Is there any more detail in the event log? What about the VPN endpoint - is there logging that you can check out at the server end?
