a message saying "sorry your laptop has ran into some problem" comes up
I have a toshiba windows 8 laptop that I purchased a month ago and recently a message saying "sorry your laptop has ran into some problem and needs to restart" keeps on appearing on the screen and its very annoying since its b=practically brand new. Can you please halp me !

Well as the system is so new
What does Toshiba say to do? I believe that even they offer a Guarantee on their products after all. Also as they are the OEM Supplier of your Microsoft Products they are the ones you should talk to for any Microsoft problems.
That would be the obvious thing to try first if the unit is unable to repair itself.
