Regarding calculator

I have a calculator which worked excellently till yesterday but now what happens is when it is not in daylight it dims out when I again go in daylight it starts functioning properly.I tried to replace the battery also but even then the same problem persists.Kindly tell me whether it is a manufacturing fault or what else.

Clarifications

What you mentioned in your reply to my query you mentioned something which is most probably just the model and no make. And that also results in nothing in searches on internet.

More Info?
You have not given information about the make and model of the calculator.
Even then I will try to help you.
It has to be battery only but if it doesnot solve your problem then you have to take it to a repair store.

Batteries
It may be the batteries or the back light display. If it is not the batteries than buy a new one.

Well if it's so new go back to the place that sold it and get either a refund or replacement.
