First Job CompTIA A+, Need guidance on Active directory

Hi all
I am newly qualified CompTIA A+ and a few MTA desktop qualifications from a previous training provider. My issue is I am struggling to find my first it job, most require Active directory and Server 2008 R2 plus VM experience. My question is based on my list of qualifications below, from a professional opinion what would be a worthwhile qualification or qualification to pursue?
