how to get absolute training from our pos software vendor?
I have experienced a number of our clients weren't thoroughly trained on their pos system.

I've lost count of the number of questons you have posted in regards to some issue
with the POS system you have. I have a question for you...rather than post a question
here at a somewhat general tech site, why not contact the software vendor? They are
the ones that should be fielding all of your questions. If you or your "client" is not
satisfied with the vendor's service, then contact a consumer protection/watchdog group,
or something like the Better Business Bureau if the vendor fails to uphold a contractual
obligation. Hunting and pecking for free advice is fine, but after a while it doesn't serve
your client. Contact the software vendor!
