File Recovery

Hello TR,

I have a very disappointing problem, all my important files "IN FOLDERS ONLY" in my 1T Seagate external HDD can't be seen, although, the rest of my files which not in "FOLDERS format" still there.

I have a Microsoft Security Essential anti-virus and when I scanned my 1T Seagate, I saw that some of my files at the moment of scanning is located in "F:\recycle bin" and have some funny characters before and after the "F:\recycle bin"... and when I open my Recycle bin I found that there are 3 folders that that supposedly in my 1T HDD seagate..

Please help me recover it.. Thanks!
