How do I enable "transfer files" on tightvnc or realvnc

Hi,
I'm trying to gain control over my iPhone 4 from my win7 pc. I've installed both realvnc and tightvnc' but with both application I fail to find a way to activate the file transfer option.
How can it be done?

Are you certain it can be done?

Have you tried the tightvnc or realvnc forums?
Did you google search it?
