Windows Storage Server VS. Netapp Appliance

I use Thecus devices and have been happy with them. I do not use that amount of space however these are stand alone devices I use specifically for backup. They are feature rich software, just make sure they are up to date on firmware.

What may help you get a more specific answer is what exactly are your expectations in your device? Netapp advertise clustering. Do you need this feature? Just wanted to give an answer. Any at all. Hope it was on topic.
