Does anyone know of a good training facility to take MCSE 2000 classes in the PHiladelphia, PA area? I don't want to go to a bootcamp where I am just taught to pass the tests, but a good hands on learning experience.

Maybe not take classes?
I'm not going to be able to help on the PA info (I live in Seattle) but I do have a suggestion. I've had a lot of success with non-class study. I picked up a book for the first four tests from IDG books and just read that. It comes with testing/study sofware that is very similar to the tests. I tried a class from a local university but it was so horrible I got a refund. I did have W2K Pro machines to experiment with and techno friends that work in mixed environments to talk shop, though.
It's not really an answer but it's a lot cheaper than classes.
