A+ Certification

By tlandmesser ·
Greetings!
This is a simple question, but one I REALLY need an answer to. I am looking to obtain A+ Certification. Whenever I search for "A+" using a search engine, all I get is training courses for taking the A+. What I want is to take the actual test. I live in Northeast PA, and it is very rural in my area, but the funny thing is that EVERYONE seems to have a computer.
I went to tech school for 2 years, and now I am looking to improve myself. I'd really appreciate any help I can get with this one.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

(P.S. Feel free to email me to start a personal discussion.)

A+ Certification

Well, A+ Certification is granted by Comptia; check out www.comptia.org. To test, you need to visit a Prometric or Vue test center near you (There are 37 such Prometric test centers in PA). All of the information relative to the certification maybe found at the www.comptia.org website including testing criteria for the two required tests which have recently been revised as of January 2001 (Core Technologies and OS Technologies), and links to register with a testing center near you via Prometric or Vue.
Feel free to contact me if you would like more info as we are a training canter and testing center, although not near you, glad to help.
