A program is trying to access e-mail addresses

By SECUREIT ·
Apparently the latest Outlook service pack enables an annoying dialog box that states that a program is trying to access my email addresses and do I wish to allow? I feel this security feature is important as a whole but how can I disable this for selected clients? I have looked everywhere and can not find the switch to turn it off! ClickYes is not an option, as I do not allow freeware in the corporation. Thanks!

For me sounds like a personal firewall/antispyware and not like an Outlook issue.

"Click yes" will allow other applications like excel, word (in normal circumstances) to open/create a new mail message (depends which app determine this action and about you if you will allow or not)

What do you means with "as I do not allow freeware in the corporation"?
