Hi,

You can follow these steps to group a couple of email addresses so that you can select one group and send the mail to all the email ids in that group:

You have not mentioned your Email Client, so I am giving the steps to Windows Address Book.

1. Open Address Book (Search for Web.exe and double click)
2. Click New and Select Group
3. Type in a Group Name
4. Click Select Members
5. Click on a particular email address and Click Select
6. Once you have selected all the users ClickOk
7. Now Click OK to complete Grouping

All the best
Mallik.....

Assuming your using one of Outlook 97, 2000, 2002
just follow these steps.
You have to create a personal address book to create a personal distriubtion list. This is how you would email a group.

1. Go to Tools/Services and click on add then click on Personal Address book then click ok a couple of times and restart outlook
2. Go to Tools on the menu bar and click on Address Book
3. Click on New Entry on the toolbar
4. Go down to the drop down box where it says put this entry in and select personal address book (all the way at the bottom)
5. Select from the box above Personal Distribution List
6. Next just click on the button to add and remove members and click ok when your finished.

That should do the trick!
