HOW CAN I REMOVE THE LOCKS OF THOSE PORTS ..
Ineed Solution without changing my firewall settings

Service Pack 2 closes all ports by default. You will need to change the firewall settings if you want to open 1 or more ports up. Read this ms article on how to do this:

Service pack 2 is a good pack, but without enough explanation for such an upgrade. It comes with a "Security Center" which proves itself to be a pain in the ars, not a help. Being a college student I have seen uncountable peers with this problem. You must read from microsoft's website on how to work the firewall or simply disable it. If you have 3rd party firewall, disable window's firewall through the services under control panel -> admin tools -> services.
