Access and Built In Functions

By michaelh ·
I created a database in Access 2K SR-1 that works flawlessly on my laptop, however when I use it on another system everything works but the query, we are both using the same version OS and Access. The problem lies in the Date() function in my query, for some reason it works on mine however it does not work on any other computer. I don't recall installing anything on my system that would cause incompatibility, any help would be greatly appreciative.

Access and Built In Functions

Most probably the other machines are missing a Reference. Go to the machine. Open a new Module and go to Tools References.
Here is some more information about the problem:

Look for the first bug mentioned at:

http://home.att.net/~dashish/

Also on that site, click on Search on the left side navigation area and look for Reference Wizard.
