Same Problem

by mike In reply to Access denied to c dirve. ...

After updating the computer, I can no longer click on C:\ or F:\ my origional drives but can explore. I am the owner of the drives, and have taken control of them from the security settings, but the problem persists.

I'd really appreciate some help as well.

I just fixed that same problem

by brandon In reply to Access denied to c dirve. ...

I just fixed the same problem on a PC. All you have to do is:
Right click C:\ and open the Properties box
Open the Security tab
Click "Add" and input your user name.

Have a good one.
