Access Package mdb to EXE File

I want to change mdb file of access 97 to EXE file to generate without presense of access installed in windows

Sorry,
You can not make an .EXE from Access.

To distribute to machines that do not have Access 97 installed - you need to have the Office Developers Edition to get the Access setup for the runtime files that are used for distribution.

You can make an .MDE File - which is your Access application with your code compiled and your source stripped out. This can be distributed and used on any machine that has Access 97 installed on it.

Suleyman, You MUST purchase the appropriate Developers Toolkit fro Microsoft for the version of Access your .mdb file was constructed under. Toolkits exist for every Access version from 2.0 forward, and they normally run around $500.00 Dollars US.Each Developers Toolkit comes with a Royalty Free Distribution License however you must construct self contained splash screens, menues and/or toolbars to navigate your .mdb file before converting.
