Access translate currency # to text

By dstokes ·
We need to print checks from an Access database to a laser printer. Users would input the currency amount in digits. Printed check needs to contain both the digits and text of the currency field.

I need to convert an Access currency field to "legal description" on a form or report.

Ex.: input = 12.98 output needed = twelve dollars and ninety eight cents.

Where do I find #95640? Here or in MS Knowledge Base? By the way, you co-aurthored Access 2000 Cheat-Sheet. Where can I purchase that?

Thank you so much for your help.
