You should clarify what you really want. Do you want to add AGE to a table? I would not recommend this, as next year all your ages are wrong.
Do you want to add it to a query? In that case just an additional field with your formula would do.
Or doyou need a form with the age shown somewhere. In that case add a text box with the formula added to the box [always including the = sign at the start]
Good luck.

If you need it badly, clarify fast and do not wait days before reacting.
Good luck.

Suppose you have a field DoB as date field in which the date of birth is entered.
In a query [made with the query builder] add also a field in which you enter in the box field:

Age: Year(Date())-Year([DoB])-IIf(Month(Date())<Month([DoB]);1;IIf(Month(Date())=Month([DoB]) And Day(Date())<Day([DoB]);1;0))

This will do.
NOTE. You may live in one of those remote areas where they use , [comma] as list separator rather than ; [semi colon] In that case you would have to amend your formulas.
NOTE. Do not add a field AGE to your table as the content might have to be amended each day. With the query you can always display the current age. The query can also be used as the base on which you design a form.

NOTE. In some implementations the function date() is not available. Use now() is that case.

NOTE If you still do not understand how to proceed mail me and put also Q&A in the subject field, else the message will be deleted.

Good luck.
