account not authorized to login from thi

By cadayton ·
The error Message "This account is not authorized to login from this workstation" is returned, when clicking a workstation name within the Map Network Drive dialog.

The remote machine is a Windows 2000 Pro OS and the client machine is a NT 40 Server SP6.
I'm logged in as the Administrator on the Server and the appropriate permissions are set on the Win2k laptop. I'm uncertain as to why access is being denied. Also, share and directory permission appear to be set correctly too.

Iwould look at the RAS settings to check the protocols to make sure that settings are correct for remote access, check the Remote Access Admin program in the Administrative Tools folder to see if the permissions settings are specified for access
