acer help please

Hi there i have an acer 5741laptop it jut stopped working the laptop did not come with any disc so i did alt and f10 went throug the whole process and now it just keeps restarting please help dont really want to buy a new one

    Also include operating system version, other software installed, what you were
    doing when the computer first quit, etc. This will help find the answer(s).
    Do you have an emergency startup disc for your operating system? May need
    to find one and see if you can repair your installation, but again, need to know
    which version (Windows XP, Vista, 7 and is it 32 bit or 64 bit?)
