Address books - Outlook to GroupWise

Hi

As other have mentioned, it doesn't work well, but this is how I got it to work fairly well.
The way I managed to get an Outlook address book into GroupWise was as follows:
1. Open GW address book
2. Selected 'File' drop down menu, selected'Services' (Should open Windows Messaging)
3. Selected 'Show Profile'
4. Selected 'Add' & created a new Profile, using manual configure
5. Added a 'personal address book' to the new profile
6. Open address book in Outlook, selected 'File', 'Export', 'Other Address Book'
7. Select 'Microsoft Personal Address Book'
8. Select the profile you have just created
9. Export the address book
10. Open GW address book, you should see a new address book Tab called 'Personal Address Book'

Hope this helps

If you try the suggestions above and don't have any luck, You might try using a third party device or software. I have imported Outlook address book to a Palm Pilot, then up to GW, and the other way around. I've also done it with Act!, the cantact database. Works both ways there as well. I'm sure there are other contact managers that will work.
Hope that helps.
