ATI TV/Video capture not working in W2K

By ZebaZtianZ ·
Not matter what I do or where I look for information . . . the problem continues.
I a looking for a solution for this message:
"Unable to start TV
The TV player failed to initialize the video.
Ensure the correct video drivers have been installed
and close any applications which maybe playing video such as DVD or WebTV before attempting to restart TV."
Ati web site talks about everything else, except this; I emailed them but not reply so far.
I ask some people and they told me that virtual dub, might be at fault.
Well, I uninstalled it.
I also uninstalled "ATI TV wonder" and re-installed all its drivers and softwares. The problem persist.
If anybody have a suggestion, please let me know.

Thank you all.

P.S.
I have a Radeon 3D graphics/video accelarator.
All in wonder
using "USING W2K_RADEON_5_13_01_3276.exe"
AMD Athlon(tm), Processor MMX (1000MHZ)
Bus Type AGP 1X, AGP 2X, AGP 4X

w2k_radeon_5_13_01_3102

I'm runing the w2k_radeon_5_13_01_3102 drivers and have not had a problem yet. I did reistall my OS and all the software at the same time i installed the RADEON. that was just to get a good image. But everything seems to be working fine. Probably one of the best video cards I ever had, video capture works great.

You should be using ATI Multimedia Center 7.1 not the ATI mulimedia center for the ATI TV wonder (I know that it is also listed as 7.1, but it is designed for the TV wonder PCI card). This may be your problem. You should also be using DVD player 4.1.

Hope this helps.
