Is there a way to have set all your e-mail folders to auto archive without going to each one and setting auto archive feature on.

After setting up auto archive (tools, options, other, auto archive) go to File and then Archive. Select your mailbox and use the setting archive this folder and all sub folders. I've set mine up this way and it works like a charm.

I am trying to get all the sub folders to auto archive. It is good if I want to manual archive.

try to install pfbackup.exe (You can download it from ms web) Although it is a outlook backup utility, but it can also archive your pst when you off outlook.
