Backup domain controller

The short answer is no.
The longer answer is that Win2K Server can only be Active Directory-enabled Domain Controllers (or member servers of EITHER AD domains or NT4 flat domains).
A Win2K Server cannot be a domain controller in a NT4 domain.
If you want Win2K to be your domain controller, then you will have to upgrade your domain from NT to Win2K with AD. Which means upgrading your PDC/BDCs to Win2K

hope this helps
