Blackberry Pearl desktop sync with Outlook

I've had a Blackberry Peral for about 6 months that I sync with my outlook through Desktop Manager. Recently, the Desktop Manager has developed problems that will not allow it to sync properly. What happens is the software effectively crashs and shutsdown. I've tried repairing it, unloading and reloading but nothing seems to work.

What is causing the problem and how do I fix it?

I'm experiencing the same problem with my BlackBerry

I would like to know if you have found a way to fix your problem since on my side it seems like I am experiencing the exact same issue.
