boot nt with malfuntion raid drive

I have IBM 166 with IBM raid drive I think it's raid 5. Two of the drive have malfuctioned, how can I boot the system?, is there a utility to do this?, and where will I find it?.

If you have two malfunctioning hard drives in a RAID 5 array you don't have an array anymore. Your data and operating system is gone. I hope you have a good backup on hand.

Looking at the date this issue is probably closed, but, I wanted to clarify the RAID 5 thing. The best way to build a RAID 5 is to have a hot or warm spare which the RAID should fail over to when a disk goes bad. Then even if another disk goes badyou have a degraded but functioning RAID 5.
