Is it an external or internal burner? You get no power to the burner at all (no led lights)? If you are getting no power, make sure you power connectors are properly in. If it still doesn't work, and you bought it in february of this year, checkto see if its still in warrarnty for the manufacturer. Maybe you can send it to them for repair.

send it to MSI. They will either repair or replace your burner if it's faulty. Visit the MSI web site for their World Wide support sites.

MSI in the City of Industry, California are really good about issuing an RMA for their stuff. Problem is getting a hold of them. There's really only two guys back there and they are really busy, but, once you get an rma and send it in, they have good turn around. About a week or so.
